The Chairman of the committee, N. Korolevska declared that the Bill (Reg.№3227) envisages the correspondence of the existing norms regarding the safety of 
food products to the state control and supervision for the food products. Moreover, the Bill is aimed at the simplification of entrepreneurship at the food market of Ukraine concerning the production of food products.
The Bill recommends that the Laws "On Safety and Quality of Food Products", "On Milk and Milk Products", "On Fish and other Living Water Recourses and Food Products Made of It" should be coordinated with the Law "On Permits System in the Sphere of economic activity".
The Committee deems that the adoption "of the suggested regulatory act helps the advancement of documents allotment elaboration".
